She was born in Ankara, Turkey and graduated from Selcuk University as an English teacher . She had 15 years of experience in customer services and international hospitality industry. She also held a management position for 4,5 years in a major Middle East Airline where she developed Business Etiquette programs and trained company employees and executives.
